Questions

If yours isn't here, email us.

Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, and Arc (all Chromium-based) plus Firefox. Safari isn't supported yet — the Mac App Store's in-app purchase rules make it a separate build; we may add it later.
Does "Pro" charge me every month?
No. $9.99 is a one-time payment for a lifetime license. No subscription, no recurring charge. All future features are included.
Does MultiView work across devices?
Your Pro license is tied to the email you use at checkout. You can restore it on any browser where you install MultiView by clicking "Restore purchase" in the popup.
Do you collect my data?
No browsing history, no analytics, no tracking, no ads. Your video queue is stored locally in your browser. The optional Pro upgrade uses ExtensionPay (Stripe) — only your email and card info go to them during checkout. Full details in the privacy policy.
Will it work with Netflix / paid streaming services?
Only with content that allows embedding. Netflix, HBO, and most subscription services block embedding via DRM, so they won't tile. YouTube, Twitch, Dailymotion, Vimeo, and any publicly embeddable video site work fine.
Is this open source?
Yes. Source code is on GitHub. Licensed under MIT.
I'm having trouble — how do I get support?
Email multiview@duck.com or open an issue on GitHub. We usually reply within a day.
